Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order by informing us via call or whatsapp. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • After Shipment: If your order is already shipped, you can still cancel it via the same method. Simply refuse delivery. Once we receive the product back and verify its condition, a refund will be issued (deductions may apply for shipping or damages).

Return & Replacement

You can return or request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

Steps to Return:

  1. Reach out to us via Whatsapp.
  2. Share your item(s) details, and product images.
  3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged in 2–4 business days.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Products must not be damaged, altered, or missing parts.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are opened or have their Protective polythene removed (such as gift items)
  • Damaged or used items
  • Free gifts, items without original packaging
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method in 3–4 business days after product verification.

Damaged or Wrong Items?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a pickup and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
